Terms and Conditions for Accepting Charitable and Public Donations

Introduction

Thank you for considering a donation to the Agape Roots Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the sickle cell community. By making a donation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By donating to the Agape Roots Foundation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 Purpose of Donations: All donations will be used to further the mission of the Agape Roots Foundation, as specified on our website and in our literature.

1.3 Tax-Exempt Status:the Agape Roots Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Empowering families affected by sickle cell disease. Our team includes healthcare professionals, patient advocates, and individuals with lived experience, all committed to providing comprehensive support to our community.

Our Mission:

Care Packs for Pediatric Age Families from ages Newborn to Eighteen: Our care packs are specially curated to provide comfort and support to pediatric patients and their families. Each pack contains essentials such as educational materials, relaxation tools, and holistic tips for managing symptoms and promoting overall well-being.

We believe in a holistic approach to wellness, which is why we offer tips and resources for managing sickle cell disease beyond medical interventions. From nutrition advice to mindfulness techniques, we provide practical strategies to support overall health and quality of life.
